This is basically my problem with men. I am very assertive and confident, sometimes even aggressive, and I scare them away. When I see something/someone I want, I go and get it.

I think it’s complete bullshit. I’m not going to sit around and be some giggly little girl desperately waiting around to see if you’ll ask me out. If I want you, I’ll come and get you. If you don’t have the balls to let me take you, then you SHOULD feel inadaquate.
